Detailed Rules of the Product Return and Refund Policy

I. Scope of Application for Returns
If you change your mind about the purchased product, or if the product you received does not match the order, we provide you with a simple and hassle-free return service.
 
II. Basic Rules for Returns
  1. Return Application Period: You can submit a return and refund application within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
  2. Exchange Policy: Our platform does not currently provide an exchange service. If you need to exchange a product, please return the product first to obtain a refund, and then place a new order.
  3. Restrictions on Special Products: Swimwear, underwear, and customized products are special categories, and generally, returns are not accepted. However, if there are defects in the product that do not conform to the original detailed information provided at the time of ordering, or if there are errors in personalized customization, etc., you can apply for a return. In addition, for items with a protective lining, we will only accept the return if the protective lining has not been removed for health reasons.
  4. Requirements for Product Condition: All returned products must be kept in perfect condition (except for defects or damages caused during transportation). We will conduct a strict inspection after receiving the returned products to ensure that they are in a condition suitable for resale. At the same time, the packaging of the products must be intact, including but not limited to relevant hang tags, labels, brand logos, and any accompanying marketing materials specific to the products. The products should not show obvious signs of wear and tear, damage, or have any marks left by pens or grease, and should not have been washed. They should also not retain any odors that may affect resale, such as the smell of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant, or laundry detergent, or be in any condition that we determine is unsaleable.
  5. Handling of Bundled Products and Gifts: If the product you purchased is part of a bundle, you need to return the entire bundle when returning the product. We do not accept the return of only part of the bundled products. If you received free items when purchasing the product, all free items must also be returned at the same time when you apply for a return and refund.
 
III. Return Operation Process
  1. Submitting the Application: Please log in to your account and submit a return and refund application on the “My Orders” page within 7 days after receiving the product.
  2. Packaging and Marking: After submitting the application, please properly package the product to be returned and clearly mark your order number on the outside of the package.
  3. Mailing Address: Mail the packaged product to the following address: 3/F, Workington Tower, 78 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
  4. Transportation Liability and Fees: The customer is responsible for returning the product and must take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the product during transportation. If the product is damaged due to the failure to take reasonable protective measures, we will not provide a refund. At the same time, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for returning the product.
  5. Notes on Package Marking: To avoid customs duties, please make sure to mark the package as “Return to the Original Sender”. If the marking is incorrect, the package will be returned to you for re-sending after being correctly marked.
 
IV. Refund Processing
When we receive the returned product from you and confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will process it according to the return and refund application you submitted. The refund will be returned to your original payment method in the original way. The longest possible time for the refund to reach your account is 5 working days, and the actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of the bank you used.
 
V. Returns of Defective Products
If you believe that the purchased product is defective, you have the right to apply for a return, but the following conditions must be met:
  1. Application Time: Submit a return application on the “My Orders” page within 7 days after receiving the product.
  2. Providing Evidence and Returning the Product: If necessary, we will ask you to provide pictures that clearly show the defects of the product and return the product. The customer needs to advance the shipping fees for returning the product. After we receive the returned product and verify that there are indeed defects, we will refund the shipping fees. For orders with an amount exceeding $100, we recommend that you choose the tracking service to better monitor the transportation status of the product.
 
VI. Order Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an order and we have not shipped the product yet, you can cancel the order at any time. If the order has been shipped, you need to return all the products in the order and bear the shipping fees for returning the products by yourself.
